Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel anytime with no hassle — and you’ll keep access until the end of your billing cycle.
Do I get to keep my cat if I cancel?
Your cat will stay saved in the system, but will take a nap (go inactive) in the Lounge until you return. No data or style is lost — it’s just a long cozy nap.

How do I customize my cat?
After adopting, you’ll unlock the Cat Customizer — where you can change colors, pick accessories, and give your kitty a unique vibe that reflects you.
Can I change my cat later?
Yes! You can edit and update your cat’s look anytime while your membership is active. Your cat’s fashion game is never locked in.
Are there rare/custom items?
Yes, some items are seasonal or event based – and a few are ultra rare 👀 Keep exploring, customizing, and participating to collect them.
Will more customization options be added?
Absolutely! New styles, outfits, and accessories are added regularly based on community feedback (and chaotic creativity).

Where will my cat appear?
Your cat will show up in Lounge updates, seasonal events, and community moments – from featured posts to surprise appearances in upcoming content drops. The Lounge is your kitty’s stage, and every update is a chance to shine.
How does the community shape the Lounge?
Through polls, votes, and suggestions! Members help decide what features, events, and items get added next – it’s 100% community-powered.
Can I interact with other members' cats?
For now, your cat lounges beside others, but interactive features are in the works – think shoutouts, gifting, and playful surprises. Stay tuned!

What are Paws (coins)?
Paws are our in-Lounge currency – think of them as shiny little tokens that let you grab new items, accessories, and rare goodies to customize your cat. The more paws you have, the more stylish (or chaotic) your kitty can become.
How do I earn Paws?
You earn Paws by doing fun stuff!
